To complete more transactions, get more listing and buyer opportunities, and sell our listings faster. There’s a reason “list to last” is an expression in Real Estate. Listings are the best opportunity that we have to create business for our team.

Listing Life Cycle

Listings go through a typical life cycle. There are opportunities for us to leverage the listing at each stage. I’ve included one example for each stage.





When we first learn about a property.
