This is the Listing Manager’s responsibility (Listing to Contract). The Listing Manager coordinates and directs the Listing Agent where needed to complete these duties. It is important to note that the Listing Manager “Owns” these duties, and is responsible for ensuring that they do them on time or ensure that someone else does them on time.

It is important to note that an unlicensed assistant is limited in the types of paperwork that they can complete independently. For most real estate forms, they will be limited to preparing paperwork for review by the agent, and then setting these up for signatures once reviewed. They cannot discuss paperwork with the clients themselves as this would be acting beyond the scope of what they are allowed to do as an unlicensed administrator.

List of Duties

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading and setting up documents for client signatures in Nexone.

  • Emailing a copy of the completed forms to the Listing Agent or HUB.
