Summary

A brief explanation of the FUB dialer.

Notes

  • FUB assigns each team member a 613 number. We use these for our business and avoid using our personal phones

  • Team members are expected to use their FUB dialer number in their email signature and to use it to contact clients via voice or text.

  • The dialer can send texts from the desktop app, which is convenient.

  • Calls are recorded by default, which is great for note-taking and call coaching.
