Summary

Explanation of our project management systems.

Software

  • We use monday.com as our project management software.

  • Follow Up Boss is also used to visualize where clients are at in their purchase journeys.

How this system works

  • Buyers, Sellers, and Tenants go through similar steps each trade that can be broken down and treated as parts of a larger project. By mapping out these projects in monday, we can easily see what needs to be done and assign responsibilities for each step.

  • Client events can likewise be treated like a project and managed in this way.
