Great communication is a key responsibility of the Transaction Coordinator. This is the Transaction Coordinator’s responsibility (Listing to Contract). The Transaction Coordinator directs the Buyer’s Agent where needed to complete these duties. It is important to note that the Transaction Coordinator “Owns” these duties, and is responsible for ensuring that they do them on time or ensure that someone else does them on time.

List of Duties

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing a “what’s next” email and call to clients at each new stage of their purchase or sale.

  • Gathering contact information for all parties involved in the purchase or sale.

  • Updating the client’s CRM record at each stage of the purchase or sale.
