Summary

Morning Meeting

Currently, Stephanie calls our team each weekday morning at 9:00 starting with a call to Nick and then adding the rest of the team by conference. This call is meant to be 5 - 10 minutes and cover:

  1. Stephanie’s schedule and items of need

  2. Nick’s schedule and items of need

  3. Important items or updates to be aware of for the day for the team

  4. Items of need from the team for Stephanie or Nick

It is not meant to tackle complex or non-urgent issues. These calls are simply meant to be a morning and afternoon briefing for the team.

Afternoon Check-In

Starting in 2022, Stephanie calls our team each day at 3:00 p.m. This covers the same items as the morning call and is meant to record each team member’s daily activities on our Monday.com board “2022 Daily Check-Ins.”

  1. Stephanie’s schedule and items of need

  2. Nick’s schedule and items of need

  3. Stephanie conferences the team and uses this form on the Monday board to record our stats for the day. (VIDEO HOW-TO)
