  • 8:00–9:00 AM: Handwritten notes for birthdays, home anniversaries

  • 9:00–11:00 AM: Prospecting & conversion

  • 11:00–12:00 PM: Exercise

  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch

  • 1:00–3:00 PM: Search & secure open houses, promote online

  • 3:00–5:00 PM: Content creation (blog posts for Weekly and WCR) / CRM clean-up

  • 5:00–8:00 PM: Evening showings or property previews


Wednesday

  • 9:00–11:00 AM: Prospecting & conversion

  • 11:00–12:00 PM: Exercise

  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch

  • 1:00–2:30 PM: Lunch or coffee with a client (schedule flexibly)

  • 2:30–5:00 PM: Preview properties for weekend clients

Thursday

  • 8:00–9:30 AM: Deals board update & follow-up planning

  • 9:30–11:00 AM: Prospecting & conversion

  • 11:00–12:00 PM: Exercise

  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch

  • 1:00–2:00 PM: Admin or catch-up

  • 2:00–4:00 PM: Light showing availability (if needed)

  • Evening: OFF / personal time


Friday

  • 8:00–9:30 AM: Prospecting & conversion

  • 10:30–12:00 PM: Team Level 10 Meeting (in office)

  • 12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch

  • 1:00–2:30 PM: Final open house prep (signs, printouts, posts)

  • 2:30–5:00 PM: Afternoon showings

  • 5:00–6:00 PM: Admin catch-up / review goals

  • Coffee with a client (schedule in flexibly in afternoon or early evening)


Saturday

  • 9:00–11:00 AM: Open house prep & commute

  • 11:00–1:00 PM: Host Open House 1
