Impress our clients with regular, smoothly-run open houses.


This is the Listing Manager’s responsibility (Listing to Contract). The Listing Manager coordinates and directs the Listing Agent or other team members where needed to complete these duties. It is important to note that the Listing Manager “Owns” these duties, and is responsible for ensuring that they do them on time or ensure that someone else does them on time.

List of Duties

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Decide upon open houses for the upcoming weekend.

  • Confirm open houses with Seller clients

  • Assign agents to host open houses or find agents from outside of our team

  • Assign agents to put up open house toppers

  • Add toppers to listing signs

  • Gather feedback from hosting agents on Monday mornings.
