To improve our team’s bottom line by running our buyer clients at a higher level. This means being efficient, detail-oriented and maximizing opportunities to impress our clients. This will result in more closed sales, lower costs overall and more referral opportunities.


This is actually pretty straightforward. When a lead becomes a prospect or an active client, immediately create a folder for them in Google Drive. Add the appropriate Google Sheets (intake form and internal process form) and link these to their profile in FUB.

If all team members follow these forms diligently, then we shouldn’t miss any important details.
