Completing a "Receipt of Funds" {{ currentPage ? currentPage.title : "" }}

To document the receipt of a deposit cheque from a buyer, you must complete a Receipt of Funds form.

  1. You find the form on Webforms (through Matrix)

  2. Select the Kit Name you wish to add to and select the edit icon (a pencil)

  3. Select “Add Forms” on the left menu

  4. Search either by typing FINTRAC and scrolling to find “FINTRAC - Receipt of Funds Record - OREA 635” or search with the unique number ID (635)

  5. Add the form to and select the “Done” button

  6. Select the pencil icon for this form to edit it.

  7. You will need all the information on the cheque to complete this form.

  9. Once you are done, click “Done Editing”

  10. Choose “Download” on the left hand side of the screen.

  11. Select the correct form and download.\

  12. Log in to NexOne

  13. Select “Transactions” and select the property you would like to add the documents to

  14. Click “Documents” on the right hand side of the page

  15. Upload both the “FINTRAC - Receipt of Funds Record - OREA 635” and the scan of the actual cheque

  16. Identify the two properly ( “FINTRAC - Receipt of Funds Record - OREA 635” as “FINTRAC/ Receipt of Funds” and the scan of the actual cheque “Deopsit in Trust”)
