In order for a purchase or sale to legally close, all documentation must be complete and accurate when submitted to the brokerage. This is the Transaction Coordinator’s responsibility (Listing to Contract). The Transaction Coordinator directs the Buyer’s Agent where needed to complete these duties. It is important to note that the Transaction Coordinator “Owns” these duties, and is responsible for ensuring that they do them on time or ensure that someone else does them on time.

List of Duties and Competencies

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that Listings have all appropriate documents in NexOne.

  • Ensuring that Transactions have all appropriate documents in NexOne.

  • Ensuring that documents are all named according to our file naming system.

  • Understand what makes each document complete, and which parties involved in the transaction need to see it.
