Use and Review

The contract sets out the team’s and the team member’s responsibilities to each other. The splits chart clarifies how commission is divided up for closings, generally based upon the source of the lead.

Each year in December the team meets to discuss the contract and splits chart and review it. They may negotiate with each other to adjust any splits that they would like to change.
