8 - Future Expansion {{ currentPage ? currentPage.title : "" }}

8.1 Why Expansion Matters

Our farm strategy is designed to be scalable. Once we achieve strong traction in Beacon Hill North, we can replicate the same model in neighbouring communities, ensuring consistent growth without reinventing the wheel. Expansion allows us to:

  • Build on brand recognition across Beacon Hill.

  • Leverage existing playbooks, templates, and systems.

  • Capture new market share while maintaining a stronghold in our core neighbourhood.

8.2 Criteria for Expansion

We will only expand when the following benchmarks are met in Beacon Hill North:

  • Consistent quarterly mailers and community events delivered without lapses.

  • Website updated monthly with fresh content.

  • Social media presence active and engaged (measured by comments, shares, and reach).

  • At least 20 leads per year tagged “Beacon Hill Farm” in Follow Up Boss.

  • 10–15% of Beacon Hill listings/buyers sourced through our team.

  • Team capacity exists to manage both Beacon Hill North and a second farm without quality dropping.

8.3 Expansion Plan

Phase 1: Beacon Hill South

  • Extend mailer distribution and digital content to Beacon Hill South.

  • Begin partnerships with businesses, schools, and associations south of Montreal Road.

  • Introduce ourselves at community events (with subtle branding).

  • Mirror calendar cadence (mailers, events, social, website content).

Phase 2: Neighbouring Communities

  • Identify areas with strong referral potential and community identity (e.g., Rothwell Heights, Carson Grove).

  • Use the same farming framework, adjusted for neighbourhood culture.

  • Assign dedicated Realtors to maintain presence in each farm.

8.4 Scalability Principles

  • Copy, don’t reinvent: Use existing templates, playbooks, and systems.

  • One neighbourhood at a time: Never launch more than one new farm in the same year.

  • Maintain quality: Expansion should not dilute the Beacon Hill North brand or execution.

  • Community-first approach remains central: Every new farm should see us as a contributor, not just a Realtor.

✅ This section sets a measured, EOS-style roadmap for growth. It ensures the team stays focused on doing Beacon Hill North well first, then expanding deliberately.
