7.1 Visionary (Nick)

  • Sets the overall vision and tone for the farm.

  • Approves major campaigns, partnerships, and messaging.

  • Acts as the public face of the team at community events.

  • Builds relationships with community leaders (e.g., Beacon Hill Community Association).


7.2 Integrator

  • Ensures farm activities are coordinated across departments (Marketing, Ops, Realtors).

  • Holds team accountable to farm-related Rocks in EOS ONE.

  • Reviews Scorecard metrics weekly to track progress.

  • Facilitates decision-making when priorities or resources conflict.


7.3 Sales Lead

  • Translates farm leads into follow-up opportunities for Realtors.

  • Ensures response times are fast for Beacon Hill tagged leads.

  • Provides feedback on lead quality and resident conversations.

  • Supports Realtors with scripts and coaching for farm engagement.


7.4 Realtors (Nick, Karim, Chelsea, Marlena, June)

  • On-the-ground presence in Beacon Hill (door-knocking, attending events, building relationships).

  • Provide local stories and insights for mailers, website, and social posts.

  • Track all farm-related conversations and tag leads in Follow Up Boss.

  • Attend and help staff farm events.

  • Share farm content on personal social channels.


7.5 Marketing (Hannah)

  • Leads creation of mailers, website content, and social posts.

  • Coordinates promotion of events and partnerships.

  • Manages Beacon Hill Businesses & Professionals Facebook Group posting strategy.

  • Tracks engagement metrics (social, website, event turnout).

  • Keeps Monday.com “Beacon Hill Farm Board” up to date.


7.6 Operations/Finance (Chelsea)

  • Manages budgeting and expenses for farm activities.

  • Coordinates logistics: printing, mailing, signage, event supplies.

  • Maintains Google Drive folder structure for farm assets.

  • Tracks costs in Monday.com and reconciles spend monthly.

  • Supports Marketing with vendor coordination (printers, venues, rentals).


7.7 Volunteers / Community Partners

  • Assist with event setup and teardown.

  • Support specific initiatives (yard cleanups, block party trailer, fundraisers).

  • Act as local ambassadors by sharing posts and encouraging attendance.
