TEAM MEMBER OFFBOARDING PROCEDURE

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)


Purpose

This Standard Operating Procedure establishes the process for offboarding team members from Team Nick Fundytus in a consistent, professional, and organized manner.

The objective of this procedure is to:

  • Protect the interests of the team, clients, and departing team members.

  • Ensure continuity of service for clients and referral partners.

  • Facilitate the orderly transfer of responsibilities, systems, and assets.

  • Maintain compliance with brokerage, licensing, and operational requirements.

  • Preserve team knowledge and documentation.

  • Uphold the Team Nick Fundytus brand and reputation.


Scope

This procedure applies to all team members, including but not limited to:

  • Realtors

  • Operations Team Members

  • Marketing Team Members

  • Finance Team Members

  • Contractors, consultants, and other individuals with access to team systems, data, or resources
