Every Tuesday, part of the Finance and Operations Administrator is to determine when and where open houses are being hosted over the weekend

Determining Open Houses

  • In the open house google space, send a message in the morning asking if there are any agents that are looking to host an open house over the upcoming weekend

  • If an agent is interested in hosting an open house at a specific property and hasn’t reached out to the seller clients, ensure that you send an email to the seller client to confirm they are ok with the agent hosting the open house on the specific day at the given time

  • Once the day and time is confirmed by the seller client, you can list the open house on MLS and on the team’s website

    • On REALM navigate to the listing add/edit in the drop down menu

    • Find the active property listing and click the 3 dot button and select add open house

    • On the next page, click add new open house and input the time, and date of the open house and save

    • On MLS navigate to the listings tab and find the property

    • In the edit section for the property, fill out the open house field with the date and time of the open house

  • Once MLS and the Website have been updated to reflect the open house times and dates, in the open house chat, send a message stating open house times have been set and notify Hannah
