Checking Showing Feedback and Provide to Clients

*When to do? - Every morning when you get in to the office*

  1. Retrieve feedback: In ShowingTime, go to the Feedback tab. Click My Listings to show your current active listings. Filter by Last 7 days to ensure all showings within the past week up until now are visible.

  2. Feedback Received vs Awaiting Response: Showings where the agent filled out the feedback prompt sent after their showing populate at the top of the page with a blue star speech bubble. Showings where the agent hasn’t provided feedback yet populate at the bottom of the page with a grey star speech bubble.

  3. Follow-up: Only call the showing agent’s who have yet to provide feedback with the grey star speech bubble. Introduce yourself and request feedback.

    1. “Hi, my name is (Admin name). I noticed you had a showing at (XYZ property address) on (date) and was wondering how it went. … Do your clients have any further interest in the listing? … Is there anything they loved or didn’t like about the property? … What is your opinion regarding the listing price? … Do you or your clients have any suggestions that would help this listing?”

  4. Log: Save/Publish the feedback in ShowingTime, then copy the agent name, date, and comments into the Google Drive Intake Form pertaining to the specific listing.
