TUESDAY — REINFORCEMENT (3 hrs) 10-1pm

  • Add new Issues to working IDS list from 1 on 1 meetings


WEDNESDAY — VALIDATE (3 hrs) 10-1pm

☐ Mid-Week Progress Check (30–60 min)

  • Are to-do’s progressing?

  • Any signs of delay or overwhelm?

  • Anything at risk of going off track?

  • Prevent surprised for Friday.

☐ Deep Dive (60–90 min — choose ONE)

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Operations / Finance

☐ Prepare for SPM (30 min)

  • Add issues to IDS

  • Input notes from 1 on 1 meetings with S/M and O/F.

  • Decide on key issues to target.


THURSDAY — ALIGNMENT & PREP (3 hrs) 10-1pm

FRIDAY — L10 & TRACTION (3 hrs) 10-1pm

☐ L10 Meeting (90 min)

  • Drive IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve)

  • Ensure clear To-Dos

  • Ensure Team stays on track 

  • Ensure the meeting concludes within allotted time. 

☐ Post-L10 Follow-Up (30 min)

  • Review all To-Do’s created

☐ Action IDS Items and To Dos (60–90 min)

☐ Complete weekly review (30 min)

  • Documents / Momentum

  • Weekly Close-out (End of Week Reflection)

Quarterly Tasks

  • People Analyzer Meetings (prior to Quarterly EOS Meeting)

    • Create new sheet in everyone’s spreadsheet to track responses.

    • Ensure all team members have and set meetings with the appropriate people.

    • Ensure all team members have completed the EOS organizational and culture check up survey to be reviewed during meeting
