The following cadence adds personal, high-impact touches without overwhelming us or clients.


Annual Contact Cadence

1. Weekly Email (52 touches/year)

Short, helpful updates that maintain consistent visibility.

2. Quarterly Newsletter (4 touches/year)

A deeper dive into market trends, insights, and community info.

3. Two Personal Outreach Touches (2 touches/year)

These touches matter most because they’re personal.

4. One Birthday Card Touch (1 touch/year)

Personal written touch from our team’s admin.

A short call or text tied to a value-based event:
