Shorby Profile Creation Process

Team Fundytus

Each Team Fundytus agent maintains a Shorby link page that acts as a centralized hub for their content, listings, and contact information. All team Shorbys must follow a consistent structure, branding, and layout to ensure a unified team presentation.

Nick’s Shorby serves as the template standard for all team members.

1. Branding Setup

All Shorbys must follow Team Fundytus branding standards.

Background Color

  • Purple background

Button Style

  • Yellow buttons

These colors must remain consistent across all team Shorbys to maintain visual brand continuity.

2. Agent Header Section

The top section of the Shorby must include the agent’s personal identity and contact information.

Required elements:

  • Agent headshot in a circular frame

  • Agent name

  • Title

If the title includes the word REALTOR, it must:

  • Be capitalized

  • Include the registered trademark (®) the first time it appears

Contact information must include at minimum:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Additional contact details can be added if relevant.

3. Priority Content Blocks

The first section of the Shorby should highlight time-sensitive or high-priority content.

These blocks should include:

  • Active listings

  • New listings

  • Featured listings

  • Upcoming client events

  • Fundraising initiatives

  • Major announcements

This section should be updated regularly as listings or campaigns change.

4. Agent Introduction Section

Approximately midway down the page, include a short personal introduction.

Title this section:

“Hi, I’m [Agent Name]”

The description should briefly explain:

  • Who the agent is

  • What they specialize in

  • How they help clients

This should be short, approachable, and conversational.

5. YouTube Feed

Embed the Team Fundytus YouTube channel feed.

The feed should automatically display the three most recent videos.

This ensures the page always features the latest content without manual updating.

6. Core Content Links

Each Shorby must include links to key team resources.

Required links include:

  • Blog

  • Testimonials

  • Causes We Support

These links help reinforce trust and provide visitors with additional information about the team.

7. Temporary Campaign Links

Shorbys may include temporary links when relevant.

Examples:

  • Hiring announcements

  • New initiatives

  • Event registration

  • Special campaigns

These links should be removed once the campaign or event has concluded.

8. Social Media Links

All Team Fundytus Shorbys must include the same social media links at the bottom of the page.

Required platforms:

  • Facebook - Team Fundytus

  • Instagram - Agent / Team Fundytus

  • YouTube - Team Fundytus

  • LinkedIn - Team Fundytus

These links should point to the Team Fundytus accounts, or individual agent Instagram profiles if they are set up and properly branded as part of the team.

9. Consistency Check

Before finalizing a Shorby, confirm that it matches the standard team layout.

Checklist:

  • Purple background and yellow buttons

  • Agent headshot in circular frame

  • Name and title formatted correctly

  • REALTOR® formatting correct

  • Contact information included

  • Listings and time-sensitive content at the top

  • “Hi, I’m…” section present

  • YouTube feed displaying latest videos

  • Blog, testimonials, and causes links included

  • Social media links included at the bottom

All Team Fundytus Shorbys should appear virtually identical in structure, differing only in the agent’s personal information and active content links.
