Open DT_CusomSkin data table. Here you can add a new row or duplicate existing (recommended).
This is all you have to do. Now you can select this skin in the game (Make sure the game saves were deleted if you don’t see this skin in the menu).
If you want to make this new skin default you need to check the default box. Make sure this is the only row that has a default variable checked.
If you want to have a custom material on your skin you need to add them to the materials variable. You don’t have to do this if you want to use materials from your selected skeletal mesh.
