Jack’s SUV is a car owned by Jackson Gray. He uses it primarily in the first four films, but it does not appear in the fifth.

Story

It is unknown how Jack got the car. He is first seen using it during the events of The Origin Story(It’s also worth noting that his jacket was a teal color before he swapped it for his iconic green outfit, and it had a stain from a nametag sticker on it. It also was a bit baggy). He gives it a hover conversion sometime after fighting Elmo for the first time, and shoots at Elmo during their second fight using a turret he somehow made(weirdly, Jack used to use firearms regularly, but after defeating Elmo, he sticks with melee and doesn’t use guns). The car appears again in Elmo’s Country with a drill built into its grille. Jack uses said drill to break into the factory, as his tactics weren’t refined yet. It is temporarily disabled by Fake Elmo later in the story, but he repairs it. In Elmo’s Country 2 and 3, it appears again as the heroes’ main mode of transportation. Interestingly, Jack also owned a green backup SUV, which Elmo crashed earlier in the story. In Elmo’s Country 4, the SUV is totaled after Elmo is sent flying into it. In Elmo’s Country 5, Jack doesn’t use his SUV, but Snuffy finds where it crashed at, and he and Big Bird recover it, although it’s missing the roof. They later give the SUV to Sweetums, who repairs it and gives them a free economy car he didn’t want. Finally, in Anti-Elmo’s Insanity Fun, the SUV appears again, although the roof and doors are missing. GroJack ends up attaching replacement parts to the car.

Design

The SUV is simply a red 1990s SUV. It bears a Jeep logo on the front. During the course of the movies, the SUV gradually becomes more damaged, and loses several attachments.
