Toyah Ann Willcox (born 18 May 1958) is an English musician and actor. She first found fame in the 1970s working with director Derek Jarman, throwing Wilcox into the burgeoning punk scene.

Willcox’ music career started around the same time, and she enjoyed a prolific 1980s, during which she released close to an album a year. In 2002 she opposed the building of accommodation for asylum seekers, though stated that this was not motivated by racism.

Since 1986, Willcox has been married to Robert Fripp, famous for his guitar work with King Crimson and David Bowie.
