Margaret Alphonsi (born 20 December 1983) is an English former rugby union player. A one club woman, she played as a flanker for Saracens, as well as making 74 appearances for the England national team.

She has played in two rugby world cups, and among other honours has won the Six Nations title, as well as being named in the 2014 rugby world cup team of the tournament. She now works in coaching, and acts as an ambassador for female participation in sport.

She attempted to qualify for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro as a shot putter.
