Robert Anthony Beckett (born 2 January 1986) is an English stand-up comedian. Beckett started his comedy career in 2009, soon finishing third in the So You Think You're Funny competition. He followed this up with performances overseas and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. 

Beckett narrates and writes for Celebrities Go Dating, and in 2016 became a team captain on panel show 8 Out Of 10 Cats.

He married Louise Watts in 2014. The couple have two children.

Quiz Show Appearances

  • Celebrity Catchphrase (01/09/2018) Beckett appeared alongside dancer Jordan Banjo and actress Ruth Jones. He tallied a prize fund of £5,500, winning the episode. On the final catchphrase he netted a further £50,000, as well as correctly answering the bonus question to double the prize pots of his two fellow contestants. Beckett played for the Matt Palmer Trust.
