Christina “Tina” Malone (born 30 January 1963) is an English actress best known for her eight year stint playing Mimi Maguire on long running comedy drama Shameless. Prior to this, Malone spent five years on Brookside, and had a recurring part in Victoria Woods’ Dinnerladies.

Born in Liverpool, Malone now lives in Manchester, where she runs an acting school. She was a contestant on 2009’s Celebrity Big Brother, where she was the second contestant to be evicted.

Malone pleaded guilty to contempt of court in 2009 after sharing a social media post which purported to reveal the new identity of Jamie Bulger co-murderer Jon Venables.

• The Chase, Season Three Episode One (05/10/2013) - Malone was part of a winning team which included impressionist Jon Culshaw and journalist Charlotte Jackson. Malone raised £8,000 on her cash builder, which she successfully brought back to the team.
