The Daltons are three bald men who wear sunglasses and usually wear all black at Käärijä’s gigs (there was a period of time after the Eurovision Song Contest where the Daltons wore pink instead of black). They play guitar, and are Käärijä’s back up singers, sometimes engaging in bits with him. The Daltons sit at a table at the back of the stage with a Käärijä tablecloth on it.
Jaakko Jokela
Jaakko Jokela (right) is one of the Daltons. In addition to being one of Käärijä’s longtime friends, Jokela also designs video graphics.
Jukka Sorsa
Jukka Sorsa (left) is one of the Daltons. Originally from Vaala, he and Käärijä met through mutual acquaintances, and he impressed Käärijä by playing guitar on a guitar-free song. After being friends for a while, Käärijä suggested that Sorsa play guitar on his song Paidaton Riehuja (x). Sorsa also helped with the composition of Cha Cha Cha (x). Sorsa’s unofficial catchphrase is “ei vittu.” During Käärijä’s fall 2023 European tour, he would share a kiss with Käärijä during the song Huhhahhei.
Aleksi “Allu” Nurmi
Aleksi “Allu” Nurmi (middle) is one of the Daltons, in addition to being Käärijä’s producer, and the deputy to the CEO of the Paidaton Riehuja company (x). In the Cha Cha Cha music video, Nurmi is the man in the wrestling mask.
