Refund out of policy

Thanks so much for reaching out about order #[number]. I'm so sorry that (issue, example: you did not like the area where the hotel is located)

According to our Cancellation Policy, the upfront payment is only refundable up to 14 days before the check-in date, since ( you have already checked in /, unfortunately, you have not notified us in time ), you're no longer eligible for a refund.

If in the future you find another room suitable at, I would be glad to extend you a 20% discount on the upfront payment. Please let me know if you would like to make use of this offer.
