Refund cases

  1. The customer requests a refund for his own reasons: please check the cancellation fees https://urbanroomie.com/cancellation-fees/, to decide if the customer is entitled to a refund, partial refund, or none.

  1. The customer requests a refund due to a cancellation originated by UR or a partner, namely no availability, booking application not approved by the partner (add more cases)In this case, after following the procedure explained in the Tickets Handling section case 006, if no other solution could be found, please request the full refund without any costs or handling fees.
