User: a subscriber user, who is using the Stuff App to request a service
Agent: Stuff registered Agent, who provides service for the users through the Stuff Dashboard
Dashboard: Web Portal used by Agents to provide services for the Users
Management : Web Portal used by Account Managers to manage requests, agents, users and other administrative matters for the sake of Stuff
Stuff App: Mobile App (ios & android) used by users to request a service, interact with Agent through it to get requested services done.
Request: a service requested by a user, first thing triggered from the user
Ticket: part of the work needed to handle the each agent will work on a ticket- each ticket is assigned to an agent, and each ticket is connected to the request.
Task: ticket connected to request, that the agent is handling to deliver or work on providing the service to the end user
