How to cancel a user - policy {{ currentPage ? currentPage.title : "" }}

If a user asks to cancel their account, we then need to:

  1. Share the contact with Taimoor

  2. Taimoor then cancels the renewal through admin (user -> billing -> auto renewal)

  3. Taimoor sends an email to the user informing them about the cancellation, until when they have access to Delegate, and request feedback about the cancellation.

What not to do:

  1. Contact the R&D team

  2. Answer the user yourselves
