The Amell siblings have once again made their mark! However, their latest project came and went without leaving a lasting impact. The narrative is filled with empty gestures, dishonest law enforcement officers, and individuals with extraordinary abilities. The storyline remains firmly grounded in reality. Despite this, the film's visual aspects are commendable, with consistent color schemes, well-crafted technological designs, and generally decent CGI effects. While the first installment hinted at potential world-building, this sequel falls short. I am hesitant to consider a third film unless it receives exceptional reviews. Personally, I find it unremarkable and lacking in entertainment value.
