This week you should have learned a few things:

1. You should know the difference between ethos, pathos, and logos.

2. You should know how all three techniques are used in an advertisement and in writing.

3. You should know how to use all three techniques when it comes to advertising and writing papers for the future.

Overall, these three techniques are all rhetoric and a part of English, and not just advertising. The advertisement activity was to help you become a better persuader and for you to know how all three techniques are used in a everyday life. As the year progresses, you all will be involved in more writing that will use the three techniques we learned about this week.
