The ECCE level of children is a must because it is the foundation which they set to be in the bigger schools, when they attend this level adjustments of different environment takes place, which gives them a sense of comfort to socialize and interact with people in the outside world. People of all different gender, race, social status, and culture must give their children an education to grow and develop in this society.
