Installing QaSpace is easy:
Log in to Jira as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permissions. You need to be a JIRA Administrator in order to install QaSpace for Jira.
Go to Settings -> Add-ons -> Find new add-ons and search for QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click the Install button.
NB! If you have already had the installed QaSpace plugin, go to Settings -> Add-ons -> Mange add-ons uninstall previous version of QaSpace before.
You can also upload downloaded plugin via the "Upload add-on" link button in Jira administration/Add-ons/Manage section.
You can download the latest version of plugin from the marketplace page.
Wait while add-on will be installed.
To verify everything is fine, make sure the "Tests" tab menu shows up in the top-level navigation bar.
Uninstalling QaSpace:
To uninstall QaSpace:
Log in to Jira as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permissions.
Go to Settings -> Add-ons -> Mange add-ons.
Find QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click on it in order to expand it.
Click the Uninstall button.
Disabling QaSpace:
To disable QaSpace:
Log in to Jira as a user with the Jira System Administrators global permissions.
Go to Settings -> Add-ons -> Mange add-ons.
Find QaSpace in the list of available add-ons and click on it in order to expand it.
Click the Disable button.
NB! Perform QaSpace Health Check after disabling and subsequent enabling of QaSpace plugin in order to resolve conflicts which could have happen while plugin was disabled.
