Making French toast
You will need:
INGREDIENTS: 4 slice bread
2-tablespoon full cream milk
Pinch salt, cinnamon
⅛ Vanilla essence
EQUIPMENT: frying pan, spatula, tablespoon, whisk, bowl,
METHOD: Combined eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon and essence in a bowl.
Put butter in a shallow frying pan over medium fire to melt.
Whisk together until blended.
Place the bread in the mixture, flipping to coat both sides.
Now put carefully in the melted butter. Fry on both side until golden brown.
Cut in half. Serve with honey or maple syrup, garnished with bananas.
