As I have stated before, being an educator requires more than just teaching your students a curriculum. The specialties I can offer outside of the classroom for my students would be after school extracurricular activities. Supporting your students outside of the learning environment means a lot to them. Attending special programs, or sport related activities really shows you are there for them. It also as I have stated before helps gain a relationship with the student, which is much needed between the student and teacher.
