Grading Scale

To Receive a 5 in each section the group must demonstrate a solid and thorough understanding of the functions of the body system and all the parts involved, as well as their locations. They must correctly link the system to other body systems and define how they correspond to each other in great detail. The group must provide a correctly formatted works cited page that shows where the information was found. The presentation needs to be at least five minutes in length and include some sort of visual aid, all doctors must participate in the presentation, the presentation shows that the doctors have a solid understanding of their topic. All doctors have contributed equal parts to the practice.

To Receive a 4 in a category- the group demonstrated an understanding of the assigned system, as well as the parts within the system. The group has shown the link between their given system and the other systems of the body. The group provides a completed works cited; format might be slightly incorrect. The doctors presentation was good and included a visual aid, but was 3-4 minutes in length.

To Receive a 3 in a category- the group knows the function of their system, however specifics are not included. Most parts of the system are introduced. The group has a slight understanding of the system’s relation to other systems. The works cited page is incorrectly formatted, but all sources are represented. The presentation is 2-3 minutes and includes a visual aid.

To Receive a 2 in a category- the group lacks a solid understanding of their system, does not know all the parts within the system. They have a general idea of the other systems in the body, but the relationship is unclear. The works cited page is incorrectly formatted and does not include all references. The presentation is under two minutes and/or does not include a visual aid.

To Receive a 1 in a category- The group shows no significant knowledge of the system as well as no known relationship between their system and other human body systems. There is no works cited page present. The presentation is under two minutes long with no visual aid, and the group does not demonstrate a strong understanding of their given system. Not all doctors contributed equally to their practice.
