Who are the Twin Deities? {{ currentPage ? currentPage.title : "" }}
Gomenne (right) and Capryce (left) as depicted in WCG chapter 7

The Twin Deities are the guardian deities of Twinwirl whose duties it is to keep the order of things. They are named after the two constants in the world of Twinwirl, which are light and shadow.

The Deity of Light, as her name suggests, is a representation of light and all things associated. She is much more vocal than her sister with a strong sense of justice and unyielding honesty. Her unwavering love for the well being of every creature is often compared to the warmth of the sun.

The Deity of Shadow, as her name also suggests, is a representation of darkness and all things associated. Unlike her sister, she is calculating and constantly weighing her options. She has a tendency to stay quiet and keep secrets even without meaning to do so, which may cause some to question her methods. While she is the last to say so herself, she too cares for all beings of Twinwirl and believes wholeheartedly every action she’s taken is ‘in their best interest’. Her cold-yet-passionate demeanor is often compared to the mysterious yet soothing glow of a full moon.

Because of their differing approaches to law and order, it’s a common sight for the twins to be bickering amongst each other.

Their shells are known to the world as ‘Gomenne’ and ‘Capryce.’
