Not much is known about the Dream World, not even to the Creator herself. It is a dimension separate from the Waking World which can be accessed by the subconscious (aka just by sleeping). It is where all dreams in the world of Twinwirl are manifested and the home of the Dreamstone.

Very few can directly interact with the Dream World and even if they train themselves to do so, their ability to do much at all is extremely limited and generally meaningless.
