Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd established its first Rotary Kiln Cement Plant in 2010 and since that it has marked a successful history.  The rotary kiln manufacturing process is efficiently carried out by a team of experienced mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, and industrial engineers.

The rotary kiln manufacturing process is split into three stages to comprehend well.

1. Blending limestone with clay or shale to form a fine "raw mix”.

2. The raw mix is heated in a cement kiln to sintering temperature “up to 1450 °C”.

3. The process of grinding clinker to make cement
